Terms and Conditions of Service

IMPORTANT NOTICE

  • This result is based on visual examination and, where applicable, laboratory inspection, using the data and reference standards reasonably available as of the date of inspection.
  • The inspection and its results do not guarantee the identification or detection of all modifications, repairs, replaced parts, restorations, or other alterations to the item.
  • This certificate reflects TRUST LAB THAILAND’s independent professional assessment based solely on the condition of the item presented for inspection, the inspection methods applied, and the reference information reasonably available at the time of inspection.
  • This certificate does not constitute a legal determination that the item is counterfeit, infringes any trademark or other intellectual property right, or is associated with any unlawful activity. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the assessment is independent and does not constitute authentication, authorization, approval, or endorsement by the relevant brand or trademark owner.
  • This certificate is issued solely in connection with TRUST LAB THAILAND’s authentication services. It is not prepared or issued as an expert witness report, forensic report, or legal opinion, nor is it specifically prepared for litigation, court proceedings, criminal investigations, or other legal proceedings.
  • The issuance of this certificate does not constitute an agreement or undertaking by TRUST LAB THAILAND, its directors, employees, examiners, or consultants to appear as a witness, provide expert testimony, prepare an expert report, or otherwise participate in any dispute, investigation, or legal proceeding. Any such service, if accepted, shall be subject to a separate written agreement with TRUST LAB THAILAND.

  • ใบรับรองนี้แสดงถึง ความเห็นทางวิชาชีพอย่างเป็นอิสระของ TRUST LAB THAILAND โดยพิจารณาเฉพาะจากสภาพของสินค้าที่นำมาตรวจ วิธีการตรวจสอบที่ใช้ และข้อมูลอ้างอิงที่สามารถใช้ได้โดยสมควร ณ วันที่ตรวจสอบ
  • ใบรับรองนี้ไม่ถือเป็นคำวินิจฉัยทางกฎหมายว่าสินค้าเป็นของปลอม ละเมิดเครื่องหมายการค้าหรือสิทธิในทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาอื่น หรือเกี่ยวข้องกับการกระทำที่ผิดกฎหมาย และเว้นแต่จะมีการระบุไว้โดยชัดแจ้ง ผลการตรวจสอบดังกล่าวเป็นการประเมินโดยอิสระ และไม่ถือเป็นการตรวจรับรอง การอนุญาต การให้ความเห็นชอบ หรือการรับรองโดยเจ้าของแบรนด์หรือเจ้าของเครื่องหมายการค้าที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  • ใบรับรองนี้จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อประกอบการให้บริการตรวจสอบและประเมินความแท้ของสินค้าโดย TRUST LAB THAILAND เท่านั้น มิได้จัดทำหรือออกในฐานะรายงานพยานผู้เชี่ยวชาญ รายงานทางนิติวิทยาศาสตร์ หรือความเห็นทางกฎหมาย และมิได้จัดทำขึ้นโดยเฉพาะเพื่อใช้ในการดำเนินคดี กระบวนพิจารณาของศาล การสอบสวนคดีอาญา หรือกระบวนการทางกฎหมายอื่นใด
  • การออกใบรับรองฉบับนี้ ไม่ถือว่า TRUST LAB THAILAND รวมถึงกรรมการ พนักงาน ผู้ตรวจสอบ หรือที่ปรึกษาของ TRUST LAB THAILAND ตกลงหรือรับหน้าที่ที่จะเข้าเป็นพยาน ให้ความเห็นในฐานะพยานผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จัดทำรายงานผู้เชี่ยวชาญ หรือเข้าร่วมในข้อพิพาท การสอบสวน หรือกระบวนการทางกฎหมายใด ๆ หากมีการร้องขอให้ดำเนินการดังกล่าว จะต้องได้รับความยินยอมจาก TRUST LAB THAILAND และจัดทำข้อตกลงเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรแยกต่างหาก
